TERMS OF CONTRACT

1. Services: The Event Planner agrees to provide deliverables as mentioned in quote, planning and coordination services for the event.

2. Booking: The total cost for the event services are non-refundable 50% deposit of is due upon signing this contract. This deposit will secure the booking. Remaining amount will be cleared 5-6 days prior to the event date. No Changes will be done in committed deliverables 20 days prior to the event date. The service provider will not proceed with the execution of events if full payment is not received and cleared prior event day.

3. Change and Refund Once the setup is completed and services are in place, any changes requested by the Client, including removal or alteration of setup due to unforeseen problems such as inclement weather or other issues, will be accommodated as requested. In the event that the Client requests removal or significant alteration of the setup after it has been completed, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Service Provider will execute these changes. However, the total charges as specified in the original quote will remain unchanged and payable in full.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If the Client cancels the event for any reason, the booking deposit will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation, the Client must notify the Event Planner at least 25 days prior to the event. Rescheduling the event is subject to the Event Planner’s availability.

5. Obligations of the Parties: Client: The Client agrees to provide accurate information regarding the event details and to cooperate with the Event Planner to ensure the event runs smoothly. The Client also agrees to make payments as outlined in this contract. Event Planner: The Event Planner agrees to provide professional services as described in the quote and to communicate regularly with the Client regarding the progress of the event planning.

6. No-Show Clause: Both parties agree to fulfill their obligations as outlined in this contract. Neither party shall cancel or fail to show up for the event without just cause. If either party fails to fulfill their obligations, the other party may seek legal recourse.

7. Responsibility/Liability Client will be responsible for the damages during the event by invites/participants from the Client. Client will be charges for breakages/any loss done by invites/participants from the Client.

8. Circumstances Outside Our Control: Neither party will be held liable for failure to perform their obligations under this Contract due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, the affected party will notify the other party as soon as possible, and both parties will discuss reasonable alternatives or adjustments to the Contract.
